He adds with certainty that “there are many musicians” in the Pont-Audemer area.

In a store, unlike online, customers can test the tool.
A guitar, a piano… Before we get it, we often want to touch it, listen to its sounds and, above all, try it out.
From Nestlé Purina to music
Jérôme Bardeau discovered music at the age of 8. “When I was 16 years old, I worked for a few months in a music store in Bernay, which no longer exists today. After studying for a year at the National Center for Musical Creativity in Nancy, the musician did not definitively choose music as a professional path. They appoint him as a producer in the company Nestlé Purina, in Saint-Philbert-sur-Risle. He will remain there for eighteen years.
At the same time, in his spare time, Jérôme plays in a metal band, specifically in the atmospheric black metal style. In 2019, he decided to retrain and turn his passion into his profession. Set up his business as a guitar teacher at home.
During his lessons, students don’t learn music theory, “only tablature techniques. Students are looking for simplicity and want to learn the songs they love. I also teach them to compose,” he says. Despite the impending opening of his business, Jérôme Bardeau is not giving up teaching guitar. He will continue to give lessons, especially between 12pm and 2pm, in the shop itself.
