The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation has announced a set of measures to facilitate the integration of students returning from Ukraine into national higher education institutions.
In a press release, the ministry announces for students of basic education in medicine, pharmacy and dentistry, the organization of a written test for all levels of the three sectors on Saturday, September 24. This test will refer to the level at which the student is registered in Ukraine for the academic year (2021-2022) and his success will entitle him to register at the same level for the year (2022-2023).
Thus, registrations for his tests are open from 3 to 16 September 2022 in two phases, namely online registration through a platform designed for this purpose, allowing the candidate to specify his choice of universities in which he wishes to enroll. and downloading his file and then depositing the paper file at one of the centers of the student’s choice: the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences of Casablanca for Medicine, the International University Abulcasis des Sciences de la Santé de Rabat for Pharmacy and the International University of Rabat for dentistry, the press release explains.
The medical exams will be held at the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences in Casablanca, those in pharmacy at the Abulkasis International University of Health Sciences in Rabat, and the dental exams will be held at the International University of Rabat, the press release added, specifying that the results will to be announced on Saturday, September 24, 2022.
Registration will be open from Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 September, adopting the principle of merit (points obtained during the test) for the distribution of students according to universities and the creation of a support system for admitted students. in the various educational institutions we Note.
Regarding the students in the course of specialization, the Ministry announces the possibility of conducting internships in national hospital institutions for a period of six months, which can be renewed if necessary, under the supervision of the state faculties, subject to agreement and coordination with interested Ukrainian universities , to conduct these training courses with a view to obtaining diplomas.
The files of the relevant persons should be submitted to one of the faculties of medicine and pharmacy or dentistry nearest to the student’s home.
For engineering specialties, architecture, veterinary medicine and others, the terms and conditions for students’ access to national higher education institutions have been determined in agreement with the relevant ministries.
