BMO Capital Markets buying and selling rooms in Toronto, New York and London are selling the 18th annual Day Buying and selling Fairness Schooling Program to supply monetary help to college students

MONTREAL, NEW YORK and LONDON, the September 16, 2022 /CNW/ – BMO Capital Markets will hold the 18e annual trading day of its action-educational program on September 20, 2022 in its trading premises in Toronto, New York and London. Each year, BMO donates a full day’s stock trading commissions to institutional investors in North America and Europe charities that provide scholarships, bursaries and leadership development programs to post-secondary students.

Partners for action education are Jackie Robinson Foundation, Imperial College London, Indspire, Lime Connect, Loran Scholars Foundation, The Children’s Aid Foundation of Canadathe Women in Capital Markets Return to Bay Street program and the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) which, through its FWA/BMO Capital Markets Mentoring Program at Baruch College, has been mentoring and training students for 20 years.

This year, BMO added a new partnership with social mobility charity The Brokerage to provide two students each year with scholarships and internships at BMO’s London, UK office. Over the past 25 years, The Brokerage has helped more than 85,000 students, many of whom are black, Asian or minority ethnic, by providing education, mentoring and other opportunities.
